For each additional product you have to pay 3 €. An exception are large products (pictures with frames, etc.). For these, the cost per product is 14-20 €. We are a print-on-demand business model. For this reason, you should allow a standard 3 to 7 business days until you receive a tracking number. Once the product is shipped, the carrier will require an additional 2 to 14 business days for delivery as standard.
We emphasize high quality packaging to ensure that our products reach you undamaged. In the event that the package should nevertheless arrive damaged, we ask you to proceed as follows: Inspect the goods carefully upon receipt and if the box is damaged on the outside, point this out immediately upon receipt. If you receive an incomplete or damaged delivery, please contact us within 5 working days. If you are not satisfied with your order or want to return it for any other reason, please contact us beforehand.
